What are the shipping costs?

Is there a minimum order value?

No, we do not have a minimum order value, however a surcharge of €10.00 will be charged for orders under €100.00

How can I place an order?

You can order from us in our online shop or by e-mail.

Authorities, local authorities, etc. can also order from us by e-mail.

Do you deliver abroad?

Buschek lufttechnik delivers from Germany all over the world.

Has my order been accepted?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. When your order is dispatched, you will also receive a dispatch confirmation so that you can always check the current status of your consignment.

How long are the delivery times?

The delivery time with a parcel service is 1 - 3 working days after receipt of the order.

For delivery by a forwarding agent (30 kg), the delivery time is usually between 1 - 4 working days after receipt of the order, depending on the shipping method selected.

When is the delivery made?

In the case of parcel service dispatch, delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

Products over 30 kg are delivered by a forwarding agent.

How can I order if I am rarely at home?

At buschek lufttechnik you have the option of specifying an alternative delivery address. If you are rarely at home, we can simply send your order to your workplace, friends or relatives.

Who brings me the goods?

The goods are checked before dispatch, optimally packed and then sent insured to the specified delivery address.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return the delivered goods to us after expressly exercising your right of cancellation, you will find further information on the right of cancellation here. You as the customer are responsible for the costs of returning the goods in the event of cancellation.
